I just wanted to take this opportunity to give Gurpreet and Vikas at the Weston Road Mobility Kiosk a raving review. The first time I went in I dealt with Gurpreet. Service from Gurpreet was smooth, she was informative, and asked the right questions regarding my mobility needs. Second visit I dealt with Vikas. Once again! Thumbs up for service excellence. I just have to state the staff and owner was amazing. I went in upset as I needed my phone and could not be without it. They fixed my phone, and there was a lot wrong with it. it was cost effective as their pricing was very fair. I recommend this company and i Will come back and refer them to everyone I know. They know what they are doing and they also are very empathetic to customers who come in upset and scared the phone would never work again. But they fixed it with no issues!!
