We have had Total Carpet come over the years to clean our carpets at the church building and they do a fantastic job. There are stains that have been in the carpet that we have tried to get out and can't and then somehow they are able to do it!!! They are fast, efficient and very professional. We would have them come again for sure!

Excellent grooming of our American Eskimo Toy dog. Have been taking Roxie for about 6 years now. Wouldn’t think of taking her anywhere else. Took my young long haired cat last week. Stella was so badly matted. Stella was very relaxed with being clipped- Leila was gentle and gave our Stella a cute “lion” cut.

I contacted Concord First General for a carpet cleaning quote prior to moving and my Landlords occupying my unit. They were very prompt to respond and gave me an excellent quote. Poly was very thorough, asking for photos to determine the type of (old) carpet that was to be cleaned. As it turned out, my Landlords are replacing the carpet and told me not to worry about cleaning the carpet. I still want to post a positive review as this company was excellent to deal with and very responsive.
