Vitality Yoga classes offer a nice combination of toning and strengthening. Each teacher has their own style and something nice to offer.
I personally enjoy the fine balance between this studio offers between getting a good stretch/workout as well as the stress relief, and mind calming benefits of the class that helps us really relax and let go. Vitality yoga does a great job at that. Love the meditation/relaxation at the end.

I have been coming here for years and the food and service are always excellent.
If I am meeting someone for lunch or dinner this is always my first choice . Portions are the right size and wine (by the glass) is a very nice quality.

I have been a patient of Dr. Yvonne LAM at Wakefield Dental for over many years. In addition to the excellent care of Dr LAM and the team for my regular tooth/gum care, I suffered a trauma to one of my front teeth-it broke in half..YIKES. The reception staff, Tracey and all, did get me in same day. Dr Lam repaired the tooth with her usual expertise, can't even tell where the repair starts. I just wanted to thank Dr. Lam and the entire staff for their compassionate and excellent care.

I had an fantastic experience at the club. My first impression was that is was very clean (especially the washrooms, which you don't always see in most gyms). Kenny, the head maintenance guy says hi to everyone and knows almost everyone by name (so do a lot of the staff) which is very nice. It's a great environment with great people and very welcoming.

I would like to thank everyone at APT Medical Aesthetics. I’ve been going to them for over 15 years. They are great and professional and they have always treated me as a friend rather than a customer. From the beginning Pat took the time to explain to me procedure and what to expect. this swiss chalet is fantastic! My friend and I ordered the classic quarter chicken dinner with the mash taters and garlic toast. IT WAS SUPERB. Never in our years of living, have we seen an order come so fast. It came within about 15 mins... RECORD TIMING. once we opened the box we were delighted to find the best looking quarter chicken ever seen to our eyes. The only condiment given was butter- ketchup could've been added, and my friends garlic toast was a small- could've been a bigger portion

I went there looking for a new truck. Good sales guy Rob helped me find the truck I wanted and I got a great deal on it. Rob showed me how to hook my phone up when I picked it up.
Stone chip on the hood when I picked it up but they took care of it, sent it out to get fixed.
The guys in service, Tom and Joe are great and keep me well informed about my service needs for now and coming up.
Great guys to deal with!
