They were incredibly efficient in expediting in getting a new Bertazzoni steam oven installation. The oven’s pump quit shortly after purchase. We had bought from a different vender, but had problems getting repairs. Once Genier’s took over, it was handled so professionally. They had called several times to check on our progress. Wish we had bought from them in the first place.

Re: Ethan Wood LLP: Meticulous, compassionate, professional, while being refreshingly relatable and down to earth. I retained Mr. Wood for a civil matter that was time sensitive and very personal to me with very short notice and very little in details. We had our wedding reception at The Village Green Hotel. The food was great and such large portions. The service was excellent and there was plenty of room for my guests. I commend the staff for doing such a great job, it relieved me of so much stress. We took the honeymoon suite for the night and enjoyed the Jacuzzi (the highlight of our evening). We were going to go for a swim the next morning but spoiled ourselves at the spa instead. All the amenities we needed were right there. We had a nice breakfast at the 27th street grill, and had a wonderful time overall.

Great service and they were genuinely interested in my needs and wants. I bought the new M2 driver earlier in the year from somewhere else but he let me compare a different shaft from the store on the golf course!!! Totally unexpected and appreciated. I for one won't shop anywhere else.
