Troy and his team went above and beyond to give my daughters car a thorough inspection and fixed everything that required attention in order for her to drive safely out to Ontario, on a very short time frame. We were not able to give them a lot of notice but he fit us in and they worked overtime to complete the necessary repairs. We purchased the Neptune Adriatic spa from Dynasty at the Red Deer Home Show in March 2019, installed in October 2019 and 12 months later has continued to be a problem free and enjoyable year round hot tub! Manufacturer improvements have made this a solid performing tub and have enjoyed its many features from the powerful jets, LED lighting, Bluetooth Sound System and easy to maintain features. Above all, staff at the Red Deer location are very pleasant and provide great feedback and advice!!
