Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. I had a lifelong hair-pulling disorder. 18 yrs ago, after many attempts and methods to stop, I stopped for 2 yrs using hypnosis. Unfortunately, I had some dear friends die and went back to hair-pulling, but the hypnotist I worked with had retired. In 2017 I wanted to stop once and for all. I went to Julia and stopped after the 1st treatment. I was supported with audio tapes, cards as visual aids, and 2 follow-ups. 3 loved ones died since my 1st appointment, with no behaviour regression.
