I've got my hearing aid set from this store about one and half year ago ( Aug. 2014) . Very through. Best thing about it is, their help after sales. I've requested change setting many times and they did as I please. Nowadays hearing aid is so sophisticated and need time to adjust to my brain ( yes my brain). Both the Customer Care Rep, Melissa, and the Audiologist, Lindsey, were welcoming and friendly. I could not get my ears tested on my first visit because of impacted wax. They advised me on what to do before getting my ears flushed at a local clinic, and patiently rebooked my appointment. Eventually, I was able to get the tests done and earned 150 AirMiles, too.
