I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

We were out of the country and the person where we had parked the car told us that it would not start. Kelly went to the condo, picked up the car and took it to the garage for it to be repaired. When we arrived home it was ready for us to make the 3 hour drive home. This was awesome service and we highly recommend Kelly. If we lived closer he would get all our business.

I was contacted very professionally and got an appointment with Eddy, he gave the warmest and most professional welcome ever. We sat down and he offered us a drink before anything then started explaining the whole process to us. That’s when I told him I have very bad and poor credit but he did not put me down nor make me feel bad. Very professionally he said , don’t worry I’m here to do my best. And that he did.
