From Start to Finish I received better then BEST SERVICE - from help in selection to installation, everything went like clockwork. Installer was right on time, completed early and installed floor as tho he was installing in his own home. Clean up was just as good. Thank you Brendan for all the help and GREAT SERVICE. If you want good product and Service, Kelowna End of the Role is where you should go!

Amazing customer service! Hail damage in August and the communication and from reception to deal with Jason was nothing but positive. He also took my husband through the process they out of his way to take into the shop to show him what exactly was being done . Best auto body we have ever dealt with!

Probably one of the best auto repair shops I have been to, they were very reliable, had great communication, didn't do extra work, but confirmed the work required after the diagnosis. Their head mechanic went over the invoice with us on top of the service underwriter. They even had a courtesy vehicle for me to use while mine was stuck in the shop for the day.

Excellent service! Been bringing these guys my trucks for years, stock trucks to lifted diesels they do everything right. Some of the best in Kelowna. Great small run shop fast service well priced very knowledgeable in explaining everything done to your vehicle. My out of town relatives and friends sometimes stay at the Best Western Plus Kelowna Hotel and have been really impressed by the level of quality that the hotel offers. What you can't see from the road is the huge grass area inside the "quad"... kind of like what university campuses have. That's really nice for kids. Kind of like having a park onsite. The rooms are larger than expected and recently reno'd. They were higher end than I expected too. It's nice to have a new ORA restaurant as part of the hotel now as well. Their local wine list is one of the biggest I've seen in Kelowna. Overall it's a great hotel located centrally and just down the road from the airport.
