LOVE! with so many options for Chinese in Victoria, you can't go wrong with Sampan Express. If you are looking for table side service, linen, candle light, may be a bottle of wine.....etc.. this would NOT be the place for you . They aren't the best but hey.... for around 10 bucks a head you get a decent meal , I had a 3 items combo from their hot table for just $9.25 + tax. my girlfriend Linda had a wonton soup......best wonton.....said Linda. I love this place. It is has a little bit of everything. Great for craft items such as soap and candle making, with plenty of Mica powders. They also carry pet food in packaging and bulk for your average pet/farm animals, and garden supplies. Prices are reasonable. This store is a gem Lire plus
