I cannot possibly express what an honest, decent, upstanding person Josh is.
I had him come and give an estimate on repainting my kitchen cabinets that were just 10 years old and the finish was coming off and they were a mess.
Josh contacted the builders of my kitchen and showed them pictures of what was happening and they agreed to refinish by cabinets FREE OF CHARGE!
Josh won’t be painting my cabinets now but when I, or any of my friends and family need a painting job done, he’s our guy!!!

Our grass is green and thick as well as durable (soccer and football are played regularly). The treatments are environmentally friendly and effective - no weeds. Even after a drought, the grass bounces back quickly.

I signed up for Kw counselling on my own. I don't regret going with this place for 1 second. I did walk-in for a few weeks. Then I decided to get my own therapist. I never thought I would recover from what I was going through. I have recovered so much. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody going through rough times. I have been coming for 1 year now. The therapists are wonderful here.

Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. I am 15 years old and am very happy to have found Courtney at SOS! The physiotherapy treatment and education that I received from Courtney was awesome. She figured out the problem quickly and started treatment in the first appointment. My knee is 100% better and I know the exercises to do to prevent the problem from coming back. She is very knowledgeable,friendly and does not waste time. Her fitness level is inspiring! The office staff are very nice as well. I would highly recommend SOS!
