Every experience I had from Modern Power Vac was a great one. When I first called into the office to make the appointment, the woman I talked to on the phone was very informative and answered all the questions I had adequately. When the technician showed up at my home, he was also very informative. He explained what the total cost would be and how the cleaning would be done prior to me committing to anything. He then took a good couple of hours to complete the whole home duct cleaning. I called Modern Power Vac because I had completed some renos in my home and now after the cleaning has been completed, there is no residual dust at all! I did a lot of research into winter tires, and as I have just moved to Spruce Grove I went into the Kal Tire store. I have been in the auto industry for 40 years and was amazed how well I was looked after. It was suggested that the winter tires on my Ford Edge would save me money and get great performance would be Sumitomo Ice Edge, Plus they gave me discounts I did not ask for. I live in Edson, Alberta and want to pass on the excellent service that was given to me at the Brick. Late in the winter of 2020, I had the opportunity to purchase a dryer from the Brick and was very impressed with the service of an employee (Bayleigh Hawke) She was right at my side as soon as I entered the store and was friendly and courteous.
