Locked myself out of my car early this morning as I was getting off work. Thank goodness for Tom Lock Doc, the dispatcher was able to send a technician 3 a.m in the morning to come and unlock my car for me. He arrived within 20 minutes and opened the door right away. Thanks so much!

SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.
