Love this place! Have eaten sushi in big cities and have found Port Alberni's little secret. Their sushi is great quality with a good presentation. Good service most of the time. The restaurant interior has character...lol! I have probably been here over 20x and will be back another!

The installation of our ducting, furnace and gas fireplace went well. They were on time, respectful of us and our home and did a great job. They took time to answer all of our questions and show us how to use and maintain our new installations. I highly recommend Alberni Valley Refrigeration Ltd.

Our family of 7 - hubby and 5 girls decided to stay at the Hospitality Inn on our visit to Port Alberni. The front desk staff was extremely accommodating - we wanted 2 rooms close to each other and of course near the pool and hot tub area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The fridge and microwave came in handy with the baby. They were nice enough to provide us with a playpen for the night. The kids swam until 10Pm in the pool with dad while my oldest daughter and I had a bite to eat in the restaurant. If we ever decide to visit again we will stay at the Hospitality inn.

Best service ever. Bought a built in vacuum from them and it quit working. The person at the shop guided me through a few tests over the phone in the end it was decided I had to take the canister in. The motor was burnt out. Within 3 days I got a call that I could pick up the unit even though the motor had to be shipped.

I had the chance to watch Courtenay Appliances and see their new customers leaving the showroom with beaming smiles, and recurring customers becoming life-long friends. I was even invited to a customer's house to celebrate their new appliances over a huge Christmas Dinner! I'm thankful to have been able to work with Courtenay Appliances and I know you will be too! I heard about a firearms dealer in Campbell River and being new to the area and being an outdoor enthusiast I thought I would check them out. In just a few moments of being in there you realize these folks have been in business a while and have a great attitude towards their customers what struck me as unique was that they carry items that are proven or desirable by consumers who know what they want. I will be shopping there as often as I can and look forward to being able to actually buy items off the shelf that normally I have had to order, a real pleasure.
