We have been bringing our boxer/rottweiler, kevin, to calgary dog house since the day it opened. We rescued Kevin when he was 1 year old and he presents his fair share of challenges. Not only does Billie-Jo welcome Kevin to Calgary Dog House but she makes it very clear how invested she is in supporting kevin's needs. We have been acessing Billie-Jo's services for almost one year and have always been beyond thrilled with her commitment to providing only the best quality of care to the animals she works work. We have taken Kevin to several other daycares throughout the city but Calgary Dog House is by far our favorite. The genuine love for animals that Billie-Jo shows each time we see her is incomparable.

This is my bookkeeper Jennifer, I cannot express enough gratitude to her. I was working with a different bookkeeper who left my books in a disaster. Jennifer had years of bookkeeping to correct, this was all done in the timely manner, she caught and corrected numerous mistakes that would have cost me greatly. last week we stopped in to look at some new dogs for our home. They had a huge selection which in one hand is really good and in the other its really sad. I have grown up with dogs and animals and with our new home i was really excited to get a new dog. As much fun as puppies are, its the older ladies and gents that have really had a rough ride...So we are still waiting to find the right dog for our home. They told us to check weekely and if we see someone we like to come down and meet them! We are really excited and are looking forward to our new friends!

I went to get a car wash today, not realizing I had to pay inside before, when I was next in line I realized there was no place to insert my credit card! There were tons of people behind me in lineup as it was a beautiful winter day! I pressed the button for service, not wanting to cause a delay to all these other people. The lady who answered was very friendly and gave me a code without hesitation, even gave it complimentary and reminded me to go inside next time to pay beforehand! Great staff!
