Everything was excellent with the workers and the job they did. We are very happy with that. The only thing that we felt was lacking was a little bit of communication that we asked for and did not receive as we requested. An apology was given and all is well now. They provided me with a written quote with in minutes of diagnosis. They provided me with all the options with no pressure to decide on whether to proceed. Needed to take my elderly mom to HSC. Switchboard/dispatcher was super helpful in setting up appointment. Driver arrived right on time, was really nice, totally professional, also very considerate in driving - tried to avoid rough patches as best he could. Got to the appointment in plenty of time.
When we needed the return ride, we called and the van was there in just a few minutes. We totally recommend this service!

Recently ordered a custom birthday cake on short notice (less than a week). Ive contacted a bunch of bakeries around town and they would only take the order with a ridiculous surcharge. After I explained my circumstance, Cakeology actually came up with a solution for me so that I can still have my custom cake in time. They were very accommodating and helped me make this cake happen. On top of their excellent service, the cake tasted amazing. Definitely one-of-a-kind. Highly recommended!
