Highly recommend! Official Crossfit Affiliate, the programming in the workouts are top notch! Small class size, which is perfect as you get more personal attention. Members are friendly and welcoming, trainers are personable and professional. The trainers are quick to assist with any form corrections, and stress safety when performing any of the movements.They also have a crossfit kids program, which is great! Stop by today, it doesn't seem like a workout when you are having this much fun!

This is arguably the best clinic I have been to both in the US and in Canada. I visited this clinic a few weeks ago after experiencing some pain in one of my foot, while I was on travel to Toronto. Alex is very honest, reliable, and has YOUR best interest in mind!
He couldnt help me, because the part needed was out of stock... but he did something even better. He alerted me to the fact that Apple was issuing a recall on this particular issue, and helped me get it done for free through Apple. There was no reason for him to do this - he made no money on it. And I was so, so thankful for that. He is a great guy - and I have sent many people there after who were very satisfied!!!

Called Charrois Heating & Air after the AC filled the house with a smokey smell - right at the beginning of a heat wave. They were onsite a couple of hours later and quickly diagnosed the problem. I found him thru the internet after another kids dentist who was referred by my dentist for my daughter, Haaniya, quoted over $ 4,000 for her top teeth only expecting that I will agree because my child so in so much pain. Dr. Kremec did the procedure at Brampton Civic Hospital which was covered by OHIP and followed up from his home, that evening. Which doctor does that? He is very friendly and courteous and so is his staff. He is the BEST.
