Very friendly and helpful from the first encounter. I recall when I spoke with him, I did not tell him about my familial account, but his investigations showed that my parents had an account with Allstate which allowed me to get additional discounts on my insurance. Further, when I contacted him later about a discrepancy with Drivewise, he readily and quickly looked into it, rectifying the issue! He’s an outstanding Agent that goes above beyond for his clients! I've been dealing with Angela since 2009, have been through 3 financings, and I can't say enough about how great dealing with her has been.
Having a good mortgage broker is more than just rates. Angela is very well connected, and can recommend great people to help make purchasing a house, or planning an investment as painless as possible. She communicates very well, and finds solutions that fit any reasonable expectation.

The staff at this UPS Store has been wonderful to me, ever since I moved to Guelph 7 years ago. I was taking courses and would rush in to print out my assignments - yes, at the last minute - and they always came through for me. Now that I am trying to write stories, even though I'm not dealing with deadlines, they still help me get my prints in a timely manner.
The owner is thoughtful and courteous but, more importantly, he has a knack for hiring people who also give great customer service.

Just wanted to say, I love my roof. I know probably most people dont get excited about a roof, but being in decorating its always nice to see some colour. My neighbours have come over and commented on how fantastic the red is. Really sets off the house. The men doing the roof were fantastic. Very polite, personable and I loved not having any nails or garbage around. If they had not been there when I got home from work I would never have known they were there..except for the red roof. I HAVE to comment on the wonderful support I received from Kelly and Jaya when I went to my appointment to start with a CPAP machine. They explained everything clearly, thoroughly and patiently. As long as I've needed insurance, from the time I first needed car insurance, and now home & life insurance, I've been dealing with Utter Morris - specifically Brian. It's been a pleasure dealing with Brian over the years. It's been valuable having the same person to talk to whenever I have any questions as opposed to just getting passed off to whatever customer service rep was available through a bank. Whenever I've had any questions about my policies, Brian's been able to clearly communicate to me what's going on so that I can understand it. The whole staff in general has been great. It's a very friendly, family-like atmosphere there. The saying "small enough to care, big enough to matter" applies here.
