Justin is a great trainer and a great individual to deal with. He has an online program that is very accommodating and he has a private gym that can be used individually or with a small group. Staff is amazing, my first time dealing with them I was definitely not the best customer with the best attitude, but the staff stayed very professional and powered through my horrible attitude and words and still gave me amazing service, been coming back ever since and never once treated less than amazing, today I went in with destroyed glasses and they went to great lengths to get my sight back and gave me a phenomenal deal on a temporary solution, I would definitely recommend these guys

Rob Lavalley is excellent. Extremely good at assessing and diagnosing. Spends the time and truly cares about you. I am a nurse myself and spent 4 months recovering from a leg fracture/surgery. There were so many days when I thought I was doing poorly/was discouraged and was given motivation and encouragement to continue. Have seen for elbow, back, knee, and lower leg/ankle. Complete recovery (exceeded expectations) and can't say enough!
