He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. The windows themselves are perfect, helping to keep my energy costs down (and the aesthetic of the house up!). The installation team was professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, clean. Definitely Happy with the service I received today at Mr. Lube Aurora (1540 Wellington Street East, Aurora, Ontario). I was greeted professionally and promptly and handed a coffee and newspaper while I waited. The wait was under 20 minutes and was excellent overall. No up selling, just polite and efficient service.
