I have had nothing but the best attention when I do my banking at Leslie and Lakeshore branch. Anurag was serving me as I had lost my debit card. He inquired why I don't use on line banking. Being a senior I am afraid to do anything new. He proceeded to show me how easy it was and got me started. He was so kind and patient and determined to teach me. He even helped me with an e transfer. This is my 3rd review of this bank. Always willing to help and walk away feeling I have learned something.

He went above and beyond to ensure my transactions were handled smoothly, demonstrating efficiency, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. What truly impressed me was his warm and friendly demeanor, making the entire experience enjoyable. Shahzad's attention to detail, positive attitude, and outstanding customer service made my visit memorable. I highly recommend him .

I come here every couple of weeks when I'm in the area, a good hearty breakfast served promptly and cheerfully. Can't ask for much more than that! Parking is the only drawback, the lot is quite small and if the snow is piled up it can be a tight squeeze, that's why I rated it an 8 overall. There's a convenience store a couple of doors down where you can buy a newspaper to read with your meal, always a plus for me.
