Great customer service. Thank you! When the waitress set down my Long Island Iced Tea, I picked it up & instantly the bottom of the glass broke away dumping the whole 'tall' glass of ice etc all over the table, splashing onto our faces, clothes & the seat. The waitresses were very appologetic, promptly cleaned up the mess-even offered to give me a shirt to wear! Also, my fresh drink, meal, PLUS the two other meals at the table were on the house! It was greatly appreciated & unexpected.

I wanted to throw this vote out there; tony romas has really come a long way since the last review. The atmosphere is what you typically expect and the food portions are fair. It would be nice to see a touch more fries with an order of ribs but over all; a fantastic place to take the kids.

We went with a few family members. We ordered a variety of dishes and shared evereything. The food was wonderful and the drinks were great too. I would highly reccomend this place for anyone looking for somewhere nice to go. We found it to be fairly busy though so make sure to book reservations so you don't have to wait. They also catered to our toddler. They were very nice and quick to bring the food.

Excellent establishment. Renovations in the lounge seem to be on going... but I understand the circumstances of staffing. Lounge was quite full and full of visual. Cannot wait until completion. Going to look good when it is done. Service was amazing and prompt, although we had a minor wait of 30 min at upon sitting. But that is expected with the staffing crisis in this province. But EXCELLENT, love it and we will be back for more.

Their lasagna
has become our Friday night dinner. Two servings (which could easily feed 3-4 people) with 2 orders of cheese toast ( yummy!) all for under $20! The service is fantastic as well! Highly recommend :)

This is my favorite spot to go for lunch. They are lightening quick to serve you! Every day they offer a different type of vermicelli dish with a salad roll and drink for under $10! You can't beat that. The food is great, in my opinion one of the best in the city. You can also call ahead and have your lunch ready to pick up and take out! It is usually a busy spot for lunch, but that's because it is so incredible! A great alternative to fast food.

The hostess, I believe her name was Natalie, was very helpful, she knew the menu top to bottom and helped me decide on the chicken power bowl! She was very friendly, and she made a great recommendation! I also noticed her working hard cleaning up tables while I waited for my order, very professional young lady!
