I'd like to say from the start that I've no affiliation with this company.
I'd not been to Cranbrook Photo for a couple of years, and I kick myself for that. I wandered in looking for a tripod mount and to ask a few questions. I couldn't have found a more helpful bunch of people. I was there about 30 minutes and could have happily stayed longer. They answered a number of other questions that I had, and couldn't do enough for me. They had the part I needed, and suggested some solutions to other problems I was having.
I've never been to a place with such good customer service as they make you feel as if you are the only important person in the store. You can probably tell I'll be going back again in the future.

Dropped it off damaged and picked it up perfect, plus somebody took the time to literally make it spotless on the inside. Highly recommend this place

Talk about Superior customer service on Oct 28/2019 ! My door closer was broken so Steve send his man down right away at 8 am within 20 minutes a brand new was put in and my door is like new . I tried out several local places (several times each), but I always ended up with a look that I didn’t like, many many professional haircuts that were sometimes embarrassing. Finally gave mark a chance and not only did I find the haircut/style I liked, but I was proud to say I received the best haircut I had ever had. He always trims my beard and hair better than I have ever received elsewhere. I stay with mark because he’s proven himself with my high standards, over and over again.
