Always courteous, always willing to closely listen and add remarks that fit the situation, and even told me there was no problems with my car when I went there for a tuneup. Just adjusted one little thing and sent me on my way. Budget Brake and Muffler is an excellent place for your car for any issues and I���ve been going there while living in Coquitlam and now Maple Ridge for 12 years.

Sales and service at this store is excellent! I bought a TV in person there in 2021 and this month again made a purchase from the same department. My salesperson, Raman, was so kind, polite and helpful - she gave me all the info I needed over the phone, and then sent me all the instructions to complete the sale via internet. I also previously spoke to Medha and Sherri by phone in the sales dept. and they were also very helpful and genuinely nice! I would definitely shop at this store again.

These guys agreed to match the price for me (another location refused and wanted to charge $50 higher than the BBB rate). Not only that but my laptop came back to me whisper quiet and totally cat hair free! Thanks! Wasn't expecting that. So appreciated!

Excellent knowledge and customer service. Just can’t say enough good about my Weber Summit purchase experience and the immediate response to hidden damage when the carton was opened at home. The damaged machine was replaced with a fully assembled and tested unit at my home within a few hours. While the damaged Sumimit was disappointing the real measure was how quickly the problem was solved and without question. I am very impressed. Thank you Natalia, Jamie, Brandon, John

I needed a custom piece of plastic made for an awning window so I could use my portable air conditioner. Went to these guys, brought my measurements and they had it made in 3 days. When I got it I could not have been more impressed! Above and beyond on the quality I was expecting and the price was way more reasonable than going to home depot to buy a piece of plastic and making it myself. The customer service was great too. When I moved back to Vancouver I decided that my fresh start should include new furniture. I spent a LOT of time looking around different stores. Most of the places I went I found the staff were pushy (which is not my style) and followed me around the store but when I went into Scan Design the sales staff were fabulous. Not pushy at all, they didn't stalk me while I was looking around, but yet they were easy to find when I did need some help.
I'm so happy with the furniture that I ended up purchasing. But what I especially love is how patient the staff were with me (I must have made 4 trips back and forth between the store and my townhouse, measuring furniture to make sure it would fit my place). Even better was the fact that the furniture was delivered by probably the most polite delivery-crew I've encountered in my life (and I've moved a lot of times). My delivery was scheduled to be between 10 AM - and Noon, and they were actually there at 9:45.
The day before my furniture was to be delivered, I got a phone call to say that my dining room chairs weren't going to be included but before I could freak out and say "where are my guests going to sit for Christmas dinner" he said "we have 8 replacement chairs for you, I'm sorry that they aren't the colour you ordered. You can keep these chairs until yours arrive. When your chairs come in we'll pick up the loaners and drop off the ones you ordered." I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was so pleasantly surprised to discover that the loaner chairs were the same style that I ordered, they were just the wrong colour. And, they weren't old or used chairs, they were actually new chairs. I didn't have to pay for the loaners or the extra delivery fee. I'm still impressed by the service I received.
If I ever move into a bigger house and need more furniture, I'll definitely be back to Scan Designs.
