I am completely satisfied with the services I got at Dr Shams’s office. Everyone there are very patient, polite and friendly. Dr Hariri did a great job on my eyes and he also answered multiple questions I had in the simplest way possible. I never felt as comfortable as I did today in any Eye clinic office. I am really grateful to Ms. Tanaz and Mr. Reza for helping me.

Dr. Nahab is a great family doctor. Appointments are easy to get - most of the time on the same day. She works on Saturdays. Appointment requirements are always given much in advance. All test results are reviewed with the patient ASAP. For her the medical practice is not work but an avocation. Dr. Nahab has the highest medical standards and provides excellent patient care. x

Bonnie has been my physician for over 15 years. She is patient, empathetic, LISTENS and takes her time and orders the tests and prescribes the meds and books the follow-ups required. Pre-COVID there was quite a wait, but now, it's fine.

The receptionists go above and beyond. Helen, just to name one, she has gone above and beyond her duties to make sure that everything worked out for me and my prescription, when she didn’t have to. I saw another review saying they don’t answer their phones - that’s not true and if they don’t it’s because they’re so good and busy and literally constantly on the phone or busy helping with patients. They ALWAYS call back when you leave a message. They treat every patient so well.

The office is very busy like every doctor in the province and sometimes you may have an extended wait time...but what doctor’s office doesn’t have wait time? Also the front desk staff has been more than kind and accommodating given the work demands.

My wife recently brought in a pair of Blundstone boots that she's had for about 15 years as the sole had deteriorated. The repair they did was FAR better than the original sole and will undoubtedly last for a very long time!

The staff are friendly by nature but others find them a little abrupt or rude but probably because that's normal tone. Anyways it doesn't bother me. Overall, I recommend Dr Li as a good Family doctor.
