About an hour later Howie called me here in Toronto and explained what the problem was and quoted me a very reasonable rate to fix the problems. He actually over delivered by going out of his way to do a full vehicle inspection and give me the report! His honesty and knowledge keeps us as his customer. my situation: needed to get the trailer hitch on my GMC 2500 HD moved off the spare tire. Lady hit me from behind drilling the bumper and the hitch into the rear tire, so it would not be able to come down in case we needed the spare, on our trip back to Calgary.
