They were very professional and the difference between attending an appointment at the Copeman Clinic and your typical non private health clinic is remarkable. I want to thank Emil F. specifically for his excellent service. The mattress set I purchased Black Friday proved defective, and went I attended the store and met Emil (not my original salesperson) his first words were that he would take care of everything, and he did. Emil was friendly, efficient and reassuring, explained my options and made recommendations, and it was most appreciated. Emil is an excellent ambassador for the Brick Park Royal.

Spectacular service

-She was all over everything for us that night
(November 2011)
Despite the number of tables she had that night, she gave top notch service and all of us left a lot happier (after 2 bottles of wine of course).
Going back there is a no brainer.
