Val is the most amazing person doing alterations around! She completely changed my wedding dress to exactly what I wanted. She saw me multiple times and accommodated me as Im not from Kelowna. I contacted Concord First General for a carpet cleaning quote prior to moving and my Landlords occupying my unit. They were very prompt to respond and gave me an excellent quote. Poly was very thorough, asking for photos to determine the type of (old) carpet that was to be cleaned. As it turned out, my Landlords are replacing the carpet and told me not to worry about cleaning the carpet. I still want to post a positive review as this company was excellent to deal with and very responsive.

Looking for an AMAZING talented hairdresser? Look no further Bianca, can do it all. Friendly, personable and very professional. She cut my sons hair and I was amazed at how efficient she was. He was super happy. I tried her and all I can say is I will never use another hairdresser again. She colored my hair. Knew exactly what would suit me and did an amazing cut and color. Extremely talented 10 Stars for this girl :)

I just rang Mission Audio Visual, regarding my search for a turntable for my autistic son, although I new that Mission were very high end with great products they were above my budget! However Drew went out of his way to assist sending me an email with options at my budget and really going out of his way to help

This company went above and beyond for my family. Towed my brother to Clearwater late in the evening, gave him a quick look around town and helped him find a hotel room. Picked him up in the morning and bought him coffee and breakfast. They had the truck up and worked on it first thing in the morning. Can’t say enough good things!
