I have been going to this hair salon for 15 years! The service is excellent and a very comfortable and friendly environment. The hair stylists are excellent at the profession and I do not let anyone else touch my hair. I would definitely recommend this salon for anyone who is looking for a great hair style and experience. I represent a charity in Ottawa called CityKidz Ottawa, which works with children in the 6 to 12 year old age range. We require that the children are bused every week and have been using Wubs since we opened our doors in 2010. We have always appreciated their safe and reliable service for our children and their desire to get involved in the community and make a difference. Their rates are more than fair and their drivers and customer service are always respectful and responsive.

I had a well pump failure at 1.30pm yesterday. Thanks to C&N a new pump was installed and water was back flowing before 5pm! Great job! This was the fourth time that I have used C&N over the last 20 years, and I have always been very impressed with their response time, work quality, and professionalism. I wouldn't go anywhere else to be honest; I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks everybody!

I find the staff very accommodating and polite. I see the doctor due to an eye problem and they make sure my prescription and appointments are at appropriate timings. I have recommended them as I was recommended to them many years ago.

To say the experience at the Salon was excellent is almost an understatement! I had the best cut and colour that I have ever had and the staff were all fabulous. I live in Toronto but now make my regular trips to Ottawa so that they coincide with when Lindsey is working. Lindsey worked miracles with my very fine, straight hair - kudos.
