If you are ready to commit to your own well being and fitness this is the place to come to. I joined August 2018 and I have been going three times a week. My arthritis pain is no longer controlling me and I have improved my strength and agility. I highly recommend Marion and her team of trainers who make each session fun and I have met a fun group of like minded woman who are working to improve their own health. A most enjoyable and rewarding experience.

Their professional and prompt service always impressed us and their prices were always on estimate and consistent with what we expected to pay for each job. They helped us so well that when we moved to Vancouver we took them a long as our plumber and we couldn't be happier.
