I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. I get that dealerships tend to be busy but 2 weeks wait just to get a oil check on my civic is ridiculous especially when my oil life 15% but yea if it was fir Steph working some magic I was done with service from them dovsafe to say she managed to get me in the same day n get the job done

I’m no dummy and I don’t like being treated like one. After calling another company to check out the garage door openers they carried and getting treated like an idiot, I ended the conversation and called Barmac. That was the smartest thing I could have done. It was great to talk with someone who knows how to interact with customers and not talk down to them. I found the opener that was just right for my garage door and had it installed in no time. Thanks!

Actually, I am a little worried to be recommending Alec so highly, since he is the best damn mechanic I have ever had. I am worried that he is going to get too busy that he will not have time to fit me into his schedule in the future. Take it from me, he is the most honest, fair and professional mechanic you will find anywhere. It will be a sad day for me when he does eventually retire. I personally do not trust anyone else with my vehicles and as a result, I refuse to go anywhere else.

Derek and Scott are the nicest people ever. They are efficient, fast, thorough and super kind. They put in a new water system for us and serviced our well. They also came out to help with an outdoor water source that we couldn't turn off. I dont know why Jeff received such a nasty review from that one customer but I have to tell you that when we brought our Tiguan to him with an engine light on and previous to that we had CTC (I know I know) take a look at it and replaced the fuel pump to the tune of $1500 only to have the problem persist and another shop replacing plugs and ignition coils for another $500 again only to have the issue persist, Jeff zeroed in on clogged intake valves. Fixed it right away and car runs like new.

Sharon helped my daughter find the perfect stroller for our soon to come grandchild. Though she lives in B.C. and was here for a visit, and we told her we wouldn't be buying at this store, Sharon said that's OK, I'm here to help you find a the perfect stroller. And she did. Sharon was very thorough in her demonstrations and knowledge. My daughter flew back to BC the next day and purchased the stroller at Toy's R Us out west. I needed major repairs on my brakes and I was advised by one of my friend to go see Trinco Motors. I was promised I will only be charged for parts which were faulty and nothing more. Since it was a friend’s recommendation, I was optimistic to find a good mechanic with solid experience and quality work. Received excellent services. Trust worthy as well as a skilled mechanic. Took my car in for service. Other local shops quoted me ridiculous numbers and were trying to fix the wrong things. Vitali made the proper diagnostic and took care of my problem. Half of the things specified by other mechanics for repair didn't actually need it (or at least not yet). This shop is not fancy, but service is professional and price is fair. Would highly recommend.

Got an alignment done on my 86 c10 which is pretty primitive and out of date compared to the steering systems on today’s cars. I often have a hard time finding mechanics that will even touch my truck because of the age and complete lack of computers. But they were still able to order all the parts and do a great alignment.
