I was referred to Mihir by another mechanic and I have been with him ever since. I find Mihir honest and trustworthy and he has been taking great care of my 2005 car since 2015. He always makes time for you if it is an emergency repair and uses quality products. I have no complaints. Brenda

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. The personnel that worked on the car did a great job. I’m really happy that you called and that you care about if I’m happy about my repairs. I’m no dummy and I don’t like being treated like one. After calling another company to check out the garage door openers they carried and getting treated like an idiot, I ended the conversation and called Barmac. That was the smartest thing I could have done. It was great to talk with someone who knows how to interact with customers and not talk down to them. I found the opener that was just right for my garage door and had it installed in no time. Thanks!

Actually, I am a little worried to be recommending Alec so highly, since he is the best damn mechanic I have ever had. I am worried that he is going to get too busy that he will not have time to fit me into his schedule in the future. Take it from me, he is the most honest, fair and professional mechanic you will find anywhere. It will be a sad day for me when he does eventually retire. I personally do not trust anyone else with my vehicles and as a result, I refuse to go anywhere else.
