EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE, from the professional work completed, the customer service was excellent and then some, their follow through is very timely and considerate. Family values shine through on many layers. Personally, have never had better experience with an automobile service-related company, highly recommend.

I have very thick hair and went to 3 other stylists in Parksville to try to get my hair thinned and cut into a long shag cut. I went to Dorothy at Full Throttle hair Garage and she did a fabulous job. Finally, a stylist who can properly cut my hair. I am very happy and can honestly say it is the best cut I have had for years. Very reasonable price, too. Yay Dorothy! I will definitely be back.

I was pleased and honored that when I needed my Radiator flushed quickly before embarking on a trip to have a skin cancer surgery on the mainland the agreed to fit me in when they already had a full slate of work and were short a technician. Great service, great price. Got quotes for a complete brake job on 2005 Ford Escape. Wrenchmasters did the job with premium quality rotors and brake pads for over $150 less. Mom & Pop shop with honest advice. Know other customers that have had similar experience with these folks.
