I bought a pellet stove from these folks about 10 years ago. Happy to say that it still runs like a charm and I use it a lot - basically 24 hours a day for about 6 months of the year. Other that a few gaskets and a sensor that needed replacing I have not had any major issues with my stove. On the rare occasions when I needed some maintenance advice I spoke with one of their technicians (Marvin I think) and he was very helpful. Really cannot say enough about the product and the service.

The mattress is absolutely perfect, and I needed it so exact for my back condition. James was beyond incredible to help. What I specifically loved about James, was his whole intention was not to sell me anything, but rather to help me resolve what I needed to as regards my sleeping issues.
