I had taken my cordless driver to Athena for a repair previously, and was very impressed the repair done to make the driver good as new. When my air nailer jammed, I contacted Athena again. Oven board relay was broken. New part was min $600 and one technician was surprised we would consider replacing it and not just buying an entire new oven. Our oven is only 2 years old. Doug took the board and fixed the relays instead and I am so happy we didn't have to buy a new oven. I know he is hard to get a hold of sometimes but he is very kind and helpful, just very busy.
