Came out in the morning and found I had a flat tire. Sam and his team took care of me in under an hour. Plugged the tire on the spot in and out within 10 mins. A truly enjoyable experience! It took us all of 30mins to decide on leasing our new car v/s the competition. VW’s secret sauce is its people. Yawar, our sales guy, was just amazing. He inspired high trust & comfort, all the while keeping it light & fun with his timely jokes and wit! Highly recommended. Pity we only lease a car once every few years, I’m looking for reasons to go back for more!

This place is great!! I was quoted 175$ by my dealership to glue my bumper back in place after I broke the clip on a snowbank. Called this place on a whim today, went down and the guy glued my bumper and drilled a screw in less than 5 min and charged me 25$ plus tax. Fantastic customer service, best price and honest business. After your dealership gives you a ridiculous price go straight here!

I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received from OK Tire in Burlington. The tires are phenomenal, they were able to order my run-flats within one day and accommodate my appointment request, and charged a third of what I was quoted at my car dealership. This included balancing and they even deducted the money I paid the day prior to have my summer tires installed, which they indicated (as did the dealership)needed to be replaced. I have had an excellent experience.
