In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident. Place has been there forever and the food is great for a "greasy spoon"!
Personally I love there Cheese Burger Combo, Gravy on the fries, and a Budweiser. Breakfast is good too on the weekends.
