Have been going to this location for 3 years now. Have never had any issues with anyone.
Have dealt with the Manager since around 2005/6 throughout different companies like this. I will continue with this location as the staff are great and understanding.

I had a wonderful experience with Kal Tire on Victoria Road. My 82 year old Mother and I had a flat tire - and we had just come off the ferry from Vancouver to Nanaimo. We had a long journey from Seattle, Washington. We pulled into Kal Tire to get the tire fixed - it had a nail in it. They removed the nail, fixed the tire, and didn't charge us for the repair. Very kind. Thank You Kal Tire for your generosity.

I recently used Buy Sell & Trade to get rid of a bunch of stuff around my house. I registered on their site and had some trouble so sent an email to their web master. He phoned me in the evening (ok, I was shocked!) and walked me through getting registered. I posted my stuff and within 20 minutes had received my first call. Best of all, all the ads online are also printed in their paper. To me that kinda covers all the off line people. I'm pleased with how easy the process is to use their site and that all the ads are checked for scams.

Solution based approach and I just find with TD in general seems to be a consistency and genuine compassion in hardship and working towards solutions and non judgemental. I have more confidence in mending my situation and feeling like I don't need to ' avoid ' my finances. Professional with a human side unparalleled by any other bank or business I've done business with. Only wish I started banking here years ago . Keep trusting in your customers and being kind to all . I have had two instances where I have had to ask for help with flat tires in the past year. Once at Christmas and now just yesterday. A family run business who are always doing the best to fit you in even when they are very busy. Kind, courteous and helpful. Get the job done quickly and I would rate this business as the place to go for any automotive work you need taken care of. The experience was as great as their work. Thank you Kal Tire Sechelt.
