I visited Johnny's today because I know the owner and told him I would stop and try his pizza.
I know he strives for excellent service and product (he has another business as well which is well looked after) and both of these today were outstanding.
The pizza is hand made right before your eyes (he even wears the chefs hat!).
It is cooked to perfection......the crust is ever so slightly crisp,light and airy..not heavy like a loaf of bread, the cheese melted just to a hint of brown in places.
The store itself is small, and simple...one flat screen TV on the front wall, just loud enough to hear.
He has about 6 square cafe tables some 4 seats some 2.
A display case has a selection of huge slices for quick take out too.
Prices are quite in line with the quality of the product, and his pies are bigger than others...his large is the other guys X-large!
It's too bad you are not closer to home Roger......I would be there regularly!!!

I've been twice now, and both times were absolutely fantastic.
The Gnocchi I ate the first time there was the best I've ever had, and it's not even close. I actually moaned, involuntarily, taking a bite of it. Bruschetta was the appetizer I had. The ratio of tomatoes to bread to garlic and herbs was perfect.
Lastly came the tiramisu. Absolutely delectable. melted in my mouth.
Sure it's a bit dingy inside, but they're making upgrades as they can, and the food more than makes up for it.

Great place to take the kids at 7:30 at night. Great kids menu, but not a great select for adults..... Service was good. Over all I was happy.

Had a vegetarian quesadilla, very filling,loved it. My husband had the Beacon burger, said it was the best he's had. Highly recommend this restaurant, great food, and the staff and owner are very courteous and friendly!

The food and drinks here are excellent. My waiter Chris was an very nice and lovely waiter. I definitely would recommend this restaurant to family and friends. Can’t wait to come back here for some more of their delicious food!

We ordered East Sides for Mothers Day and we were not disappointed!! We usually don't order out on big holidays as we know everywhere is crazy busy but we decided to treat ourselves this year and are glad we did. Portion sizes were spot on, food was hot and delicious and the staff were amazing. Great job!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will be back!

Don't let the outside fool you - this is one of those gems you find hidden away in the least likely location. We tried Papa's based on Restrauntica reviews - same reason we went with the deluxe panzerotti. You have to taste (and see!) this to believe it! I ate this thing for dinner, for lunch the next day, and AGAIN the day after that! Loaded with stuff like pepperoni, bacon, peppers and mushrooms - all wrapped up in a delicious, slightly chewy dough. It's about the size of a medium pizza - and large enough to share. Can't wait to try the pizza!

I have gone to Grand Chalet/ Tony Spiducci's many times. I have had the pleasure of going with one person and have been there with up to 25 people. The service, food and atmosphere didn't waver a bit... Every time i have gone I have had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the food. I will and have recommended this restaurant to everyone I know. Try an order of spiducci's when your there..so yummy (tiny lamb meat only shish kebobs)

Best pizza in all of Brant County. Homemade sauce is amazing and the crust melts in my mouth with delicious fresh toppings. Most definitely recommend and have been recommending Luciani’s to all my family and friends. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Visited from out of the town to eat. To our unexpected surprise we were greeted by the rudest hostess. We decided to leave after not feeling welcome. I mentioned that there are many places to dine and thought they would like the business of a family of 8 on a sat 4:30pm. Her response oh no, we will be busy tonight anyway. Spoke to employee in back alley and she came out and said he’s just the cook like he’s not important. We value cooks! Sorry Danny we gave our dining $$$$ elsewhere:(
