They lived up to their moto..limped in late with a leaking water pump on way to Alberta & pulling a trailer..went in next morning and owner was willing to take the job on no notice..got truck back early afternoon even though they were short handed and they found a further repair that was likely the cause of seal failure..price was reasonable for a professional job and they called first before proceeding with extra repair..got back ok with no further issues. I would recommend Hanson's Lire plus

Best experience I've had at an oil change place! I used to go to the Penzoil in Vernon for 3 years...for some reason it was always so expensive. Jiffy Lube showed me a 'new' fuel filter they put in which was used. SA & Westbank location will honestly tell me if I need something or I don't. Great price and great service! Never going back to a different oil change place. Now I always come here :) Lire plus

Probably one of the best auto repair shops I have been to, they were very reliable, had great communication, didn't do extra work, but confirmed the work required after the diagnosis. Their head mechanic went over the invoice with us on top of the service underwriter. They even had a courtesy vehicle for me to use while mine was stuck in the shop for the day. Lire plus
