My husband and I are from Georgia , our 2015 Impala engine light came on and of course we panicked being here in Canada. We went to the dealer on Upper James and was truly impressed at the fast service and the incredibly knowledgeable wonderful woman at the desk. She gave us directions to places to eat nearby while the car was being serviced asking if we needed a shuttle, also offered us coffee or tea . My husband asked questions which she quickly responded with kindness and actual concern. ty

Anytime I've gone here, the guys know exactly what I need. The last time I went, I needed clips to hold the plastic piece underneath my car. Dylan helped me, and not only did he make sure I got the right ones, he put them in for me. And the prices are totally reasonable!

I would just like to thank the very professional lady at the desk who helped me with my online purchase of a desk for my grandson. Peter and Vince and all their staff are the best group to have near when it comes to your vehicle. Especially if you don't know a lot about cars. They treat you with honesty and respect , never trickery. I've come to trust them to look after me and my car completely in the past year because they haven't let me down. Today they managed to put a smile on my sad little face with their generosity and I thank them so much for that.
