You can tell that he is a car guy, that enjoys working on cars. My experience hands down was the best mechanic shop i have been to. Louis and his team work so hard at everything they do.Louis is a busy guy, but he will give you the time of day to explain what needs to happen now, or later and makes sure you actually understand the process. He even came in on a Saturday morning on his day off to convience me and my family

The staff and the service are the best. They are friendly, helpful and honest. They go the extra mile for their customers - I didnt have an appointment and they still fit my car in on the same day even though they were slammed. I highly recommend them, its the only place I will ever take my car.

Dropped off at 7:20 AM this morning (Apr 07/21) - David was upfront about the wait time (based on quick inspection) - booked an appointment for (Apr 12/21) in case they could not get to it today/rest of the week and said it would be better not to drive. Up front about cost and emailed me the quote and that they could possibly get it done tonight by closing. Got the call it was ready - very impressed with the staff and the job that they did. came in on a busy sunday and had a great experience. store was busy, lined up out the door but the staff were quick and efficient. even though they were busy they took time to thank me for my patience. i was riding through town and my bike had a flat, the girl helped me pick out a product and it worked great. very knowledgeable staff and a great experience all around thank you lordco for your help
