I first hired Greater Toronto Lawncare last September to take care of some late-season grass-cutting. They showed up on time and left my lawn looking great. They offered me a flat-rate snow removal service for the winter. I decided to give them a chance, since my previous snow removal company did not always show up. Not only did GTLC show up every time it snowed (including EVERY DAY a brutal stretch in February where it snowed 6 times in 10 days), but they always did a great job.

Juan came to fix my toilet, as it was plugged. I needed a new one. He left to buy the toilet and accessories to complete the job. He came back in a timely manner. Completed the job, cleaned up the area and took the old toilet away. I was quite satisfied, as we are seniors and could not have done this work ourselves. Took me a long time to find someone to help me with the plumbing products, specifically the inside parts for the toilet that keeps coming out and they gave me the wrong size but the good is that it was easy to exchange and when they saw me a bit upset, the chief plumber came and matched the parts I needed with a big smile even though I acted out...I felt like I need to say a good word about them :)
