Since starting hypnosis, I’ve noticed that I am more focused in my day to day activities. I am mindful of my eating choices. I’ve cut out coffee, sodas & snacks. I am already down a clothing size after 6 weeks. At a recent conference, instead of my usual anxieties & negative self judgements, I was able to just focus on being interested in others. We called Marc on a Saturday morning with a clogged kitchen sink drain, which proved to be more involed than you might think. Marc arrived about 30 minutes after we called. Very good at what he does and very pleasant to deal with. He did an excellent job at a fair price. Will use him again and would recomend him to others

It was Wednesday and I was looking for something to eat for lunch, i saw Downtown Cafe while i was strolling around and decided to get their food special , which had been the Roast beef on a bun. The total came close to $10 with the drink, a pretty pricey meal for a coffee shop. However after biting down on the bun i was amazed by the taste. from the first bite to the last i enjoyed it and it was very delicious and i would proudly go back there again.

Had a lot of branches and tree trunk down because of a wind storm. I called reliable tree service the next morning. John and his team was here the next morning! Had front of garage concrete badly deteriorated from salt etc. BMC removed 3 feet of bad concrete and did a fantastic job of repair - looks amazing. Also replaced black top driveway. Constantine and his crew had a tough job to do but did it very well and where courteous and friendly. I can easily recommend BMC as a good choice for concrete and paving work.

Extremely please with speed and quality of work done to remove the very large silver maple form our backyard. The tree had 4 trunks with each standing about 65 to 75 feet tall. They were able to remove the tree in 1 day for a reasonable price where other companies said that it was too big for them to handle.

Second trip here. Excellent both times. Amazing Ackee and salt fish. Delicious fish cakes. Incredible Roti and chicken or shrimp or beef or goat or vegetarian. Kathy takes time to explain dishes for those not familiar. A nice change from same old same old. Caribbean dishes/Barbados/Jamaica and ??. Highly highly recommend this eatery. Treat yourself.

The Tied House Pub is a great place for fresh, local brewed beer. Here you can get beer with taste. Each draught brew has its own character and is quite distinctive from the others on tap. If you have never had good beer before I would recommend a few visits to the pub to try various beers - perhaps a couple of half pints each time. Have some soup and a sandwich and prepare to taste beer and not just wet air.
