Today I returned something to Abbotsford Depot that I purchased at Chilliwack Home Depot as it was faulty. I was given an instore credit, and did not have to waste gas driving back to Chilliwack store. So you can rest assured that Home Depot has your back as a consumer. I noticed in the previous comments that there were complaints about staff’s knowledge on the products but given that much of the stock can vary, it’s almost impossible for anyone to know everything. I go and browse the aisles and often scratching my head wondering at the purpose of this or that product...

Thanks so much to the Riteway team that came out and took a tree down that was hanging dangerously over our house after an ice storm . They came promptly at 8 PM at night and took our tree away and cleaned up all the mess from the storm we had .. love that they answer the phone after 5 PM, we phoned a few others and got answering machines .. great job ! Highly recommend them fast service great prices !!!
