We called The Pet Bus People to come and pick up a client that we had problems getting a cab for. They arrived when they said they would, helped the owners and the pet into the van and even called us to advise that they had safely dropped off our client. Would recommend them to everyone!

We have five dogs and have had medically complex ones in the past as well. They keep our fur family well cared for and we never have to remind them about what is what with whom because they are 100% prepared for every appointment. They remind us about things that need doing and call to check when we have a sick family member. The vets and staff are so nice and very professional. I am so happy we interviewed them and were able to secure such excellent, organized and caring health care!

From the moment I contacted SMG the experience was above all else. The appointments were quick to the point and very informative. Don’t get me wrong, they didn’t rush through the appointments and took the time to answer all of my questions. I really liked the way the CPAP loaner machine was explained as well as the program. Have been driving to 2nd Sandbar in Turkey Point, which was my favourite. This ones an hour closer to me too. Oh yeah my husband really enjoy his wrap and fries.
