This location is great for both Fanshawe and Western students. Our group was made up of students from both campuses who are taking the MTP collaborative program at Fanshawe TV.
The service was fast and friendly. The servers knew the menu well and could recommend their favourites.
The atmosphere is typical roadhouse, with pub-style seating, as well as, tables/chairs and lots of sports decor. The roadhouse is a good size to accommodate large groups, yet you can still find small areas inside or, out on the patio.
Food is very good, inexpensive and plentiful. Wings were popular with our group, although a little sloppy for some of us. Beverage prices are good and they seem to have specials on both food and drinks throughout the week.
Overall a very comfortable, super friendly pub-which makes it a great place to meet up with friends or to just drop in. We would highly recommend this hangout-especially to students.

Ive been going to this Food Basics for approx. 15 years and the staff and owner are great. Customer service is always helpful and a great selection. Whenever our family has questions, the owner, the produce employees, the cashiers, and the shelf stockers are always quick to help. Thanks for being a part of our community!

The store and service was great. The cabbage rolls are so good wish I bought more. The steak and mushroom pie wasn't very good. I also bought the cream puffs I really didn't like the cream it was very oily. I'm going back tomorrow for more cabbage rolls.

I have been into the Cafe quite a few times for Lunch or to pick up some goodies and I have never been disappointed. The food is fantastic, and the portion size is more than enough, I usually can't finish my entrees. Their desserts are scrumptious and the service is very good. If you order a cake for an occasion, they will bend over backwords to give you exactly what you want and always with a smile on their faces.

I can always count on this store to have a great price on anything I am looking for. They have a huge selection of cards and gift wrappings, party supplies, and cleaning products just to name a few.
And don't think that just because the products are inexpensive that they are cheap because that's not true. I have found the quality to be terrific in everything I have bought there.

This is a small restaurant. They have a few stools for people who eat in, but most of their business seems to be take out. People who work here are friendly. Chicken shawarma tastes great!

After learning I would be dining alone tonight, I decided to try a tiny little place I had heard mentioned recently. My waiter was attentive, pleasant and quite knowledgeable about the food he was serving. The overall atmosphere was pleasing and would be the perfect setting for a romantic meal.
The choices offered, combined with the soothing surroundings peaked my curiousity enough that I decide for the second time in the evening to try something new.
I tried the Bison burger with Warm Potato salad. The server described it to me as a Bison burger with caramelized onions, smoked cheddar, truffle scented mushrooms and barbecue sauce.
Jake & Humphreys make all their own bread items that appear on their menu, the combination of the Bison, toppings on a fresh and soft bun, made the whole item a palate pleaser.
A nice glass of South African Cabernet Sauvignon enhanced what was already a sumptious dining experience.
I will be returning to the restaurant again, definitely a great place to dine, relax and enjoy.
Perhaps next time I will take someone with me or perhaps I will again go and enjoy another romantic meal for one!
Hopefully next time I have room for dessert as they looked promising!

We've been bowling at Mike's for a couple of years now. When we started none of us had bowled 5-pin before and the staff was so warm and helpful. A very relaxed atmosphere is provided with inexpensive drinks and food available. They are licensed as well. We bowl beside a team of young adults who, even though they are challenged, are much better than we are and to whom we therefore provide much entertainment and camaraderie. They cheer when one of us manages to knock down all 5 pins. Meanwhile each of them constantly score strikes and spares. It's $10.80 for 2 games plus shoes - a fun, inexpensive sport that doesn't involve sweating!

Place was a little hard to find. Had to circle the block a couple of times.
Selection and prices are good, bought a bunch of stuff that totaled around 95 bucks and the guy gave me free stuff which is a cool surprise.

I used molly maid service to clean my new home before I moved in. Turns out they don't actually clean. Appliances weren't cleaned, they didn't vacuum and found dust in most places. They were given two - three hours to clean and only stayed just over an hour. I will never use molly maid cleaning services again and don't recommend it.
