Reflections is fantastic and I am very happy with Dr Tsang. It is more expensive than other practices but I feel very confident in the care I receive there. They saved me when I had a dental issue turned emergency that my previous dental office failed to address over months. The office is nice and calm and private. Only complaint would be that they often call and ask/ tell me to switch my appointment times but charge a fee if *I* were to change an appointment with less than 48 hrs notice.

Fast service when I didn't have heat. They sent someone out right away and got the problem solved quickly, without charging an arm and a leg.

I have had only positive experiences at this dental office from the front desk staff to the hygienists to my dentist, Dr. Krawat. Dr. Krawat helped me establish excellent dental care practices and did an amazing job of crowning my front teeth so that they look natural and beautiful. I recommend this office very highly.

I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays. I wish to draw attention to a young man (I believe his name is Johnny) who works at the gas station on Ellice & Wall. He is one of the nicest young men (very friendly and helpful). It is a pleasure to deal with him. I always fill my gas tank at that station and find that all the people working the pumps are friendly and nice, but Johnny is the best.

Clean, newly renovated store. Meat department is great. In store made sausages are tops. Very helpful staff. Still finding my way around the new layout. Love the self checkout. Like to be able to see the computer price as I scan my groceries. Harder to do at regular checkout. Love it.

I walked in Queen nails and to be warmly greeted by an older lady who was the sweetest thing on earth. I was promptly seated and serviced.
The man who did my nails was very friendly to me and knew how to do his job well and confidently. Get this, my nails took about a half an hour to finish at most and are the most beautifully done, strong, even, clear nails I have ever got. (and I have been through oodles of nail techs) Compared to some places I have been to where they took 2-3 hours and they still lift or chip etc. The environment was clean and everyone looked happy and content.
It was such a nice experience for a change. I was so happy after this.
I am not sure about the other comments and not so good experiences but I thought I would give this place a shot and now will definitely be giving them my business and letting others know.
P.S. Can't beat the price 30 bucks (before tax), I got a pink sparkly tip, no extra charge for colored tips!
