We purchased a 2014 CRV from Derek M at Marv Jones . We were extremely pleased with the way Derek dealt with us . We had shopped at a closer Honda dealership and were very dissatisfied. Derek made the experience very easy & pleasureable ! We took a long leasurally test drive on our own , without having a salesman in the backseat breathing down our necks . The follow up phone call after our purchase was s nice touch !

The estimator was professional, thorough, helpful and empathetic through the obviously trying time of losing a car. He attentively listened to the story of my daughters collision and did a comprehensive look-over of the damage. He produced a detailed computer report. Without telling us what to do, he noted that even if it was repaired, there could be hidden damage. All this helped us make a decision about the car.

What a pleasure to deal with. The installation crew arrived right on time. Both Brian and Johnny were polite and professional, and discussed all aspects of the installation before starting. They had good suggestions regarding the location of downspouts. Once confirmed they completed the installation quickly and efficiently. Their workmanship and cleanup was excellent. I'm the maintenance manager for my building. I call these guys anytime we have a pest problem. The staff - from their office to the service guys - are very professional and informative.
