I have used Scotty Plumbing & Gas on numerous occasions. Always fixed my problems quickly and Efficiently. His prices are very resonable. Scott's work ethics are outstanding, he is very polite and always cleans up after his jobs finished. Very important, most companies I've used before just leave you with the mess. Kudos to the guys at Cartridge World today! Their selfless service today really blew me away. I walked in ready to buy two cartridge refills. They tested both of the old cartridges, and one of them was still full!. Then they asked me how long the used cartridge had lasted, and convinced me that I didn't need to buy a spare one at all. So they convinced me to walk out without paying a cent! Unbelievable customer service! So great!

Dr. Bob has helped me with injuries to my lower back and shoulder in the middle of two different tennis tournaments. He takes his time to diagnose the problem and offers targeted treatments that really help the healing process. Dr. Bob also gave me great advice on rest and icing with the remaining matches of each tournament in mind. Very goal oriented. I would recommend Dr. Bob to anyone who wants to get back to his or her sport safely and asap after injury.

Everyone here is wonderful! I was searching for a new vet for my rabbits and guinea pigs and I kept finding vets in my area with mixed reviews that left me feeling uneasy about taking my
animals there. Then I found Capitol Hill Animal Hospital. They are a little farther than I had hoped to go simply because my animals get freaked out in the car! But they are worth the drive knowing my little fur balls are being properly cared for. Thanks!

During COVID I wanted to avoid too much time shopping. Contacted the store by email for suggestions. Was given the name of six games that all met my requirements. I narrowed down the choice to one game. Placed an online order and paid $15 for shipping. Very reasonable. Got a call from the owner on the day I placed the order. The owner lived near me and would drop off the game. No charge for delivery. AMAZING. I recommend this store to anyone and everyone.

We have a 5-1/2 year old home and for the last 2-1/2 years we’ve had one small piece of siding under a 2nd storey window that keeps blowing off. I found out last Christmas that the people who put up and take down our Christmas lights were setting the piece back in place. Then it would come down again the next time the wind blew.
I contacted Jordy at Chartwell, and within a couple of weeks, the piece was permanently back in place, and at “no charge”.

This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO!

I really like this location. But there needs to be more movies. Not just the latest releases. But like the older stuff. And I’m not talking about bargain bin DVDs. Like. 2017-2018 stuff. Would be nice. They shifted focus to just new releases. And the super old stuff from like 1995-2006 etc. So. It’s so hard to find good movies you haven’t watched because they don’t stock them in stores. Mostly now focus on appliances and home systems. Which is sad as there isn’t a whole lot of places to get DVDs

I just picked up my Wedding dress & my wife's Wedding dress from Mohamud at Busy Bee Gold & was greeted with the most exceptional customer service.
We had an outdoor ceremony for our Wedding so as you can imagine they were a little bit dirty. We also discovered a wine stain on one of the dresses which has been removed completely. Mohamud explained the process & time he spent on our dresses & is incredible passionate about his job!

I have been a very loyal and satisfied customer of BMO for 17.5 years at the Cloverdale branch. The customer service tellers are sterling each and every time I go to the bank. Just the other day I was there with my 8 yr. old son helping him with his savings account. Today I got a thank you card in the mail with a handwritten note from Bev a "C.S.R." agent thanking my little guy for his autograph. Now that's how you build future loyal customers little personal touch appreciations.

Immigrating can be a stressful experience; there is reams of information available to you and it is often conflicting. It is also hard to talk with CIC as their lines are often busy and they cannot, understandably, offer advice.
However talking to Bell Alliance helped me (multiple times) to understand exactly what information meant and what was possible. It was also refreshing to speak to a human, not people only interested in your money.
